Alexander has given his stamp of approval on this fundraiser so the link below has been set up on the SmileTrain website for fans to contribute to this amazing cause. The Smile Train is focused on solving a single problem: cleft lip and palate. Clefts are a major problem in developing countries where millions of children are suffering with unrepaired clefts. Their mission is to provide free cleft surgery for millions of poor children in developing countries and to provide free cleft-related training for doctors and medical professionals.
