HBO Emmy Celebration

HBO hosted a post-Emmy party at the Pacific Design Center on 9/20/09. Kristen Bauer, who plays the delightful Pam Ravenscroft on True Blood looked beautiful as always. (photo below)

One of the biggest disappointments for me was how Generation Kill did not win an Emmy for Original Film. The photo below is of :
Sgt. Jeff Carisalez, Staff Sgt. Eric Kocher, and Sgt. Rudy Reyes.

Rudy Reyes has a book that is due to be released in October: "Hero Living: Seven Strides to Awaken Your Infinite Power". I will be posting a separate blog entry soon on his book and a video "getting to know Rudy Reyes". He has been an inspiration to many to never give up hope. It was great to see him with fellow Marines at the Emmy's last night.
