At least now we have a reason for the photograph taken at Comic Con. You might recall which one I'm writing about. There was a photo of Alexander Skarsgard seated next to Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer. He looks like he is being very coy but now we know that he was doing the "tails for whales" gesture with his hands and arms. (photograph shown below) Kristen Bauer, a fellow actor on True Blood (she portrays Pam Ravenscroft) also is a supporter of this cause. 

What is Tails for Whales.org? According to their website, they are running a global campaign across every country in the world to stop the practice of whaling. They believe that by adding photographs of supporters showing the "whale tail" with their hands, it will be harder for those governments where whaling is still allowed to ignore.
